KoClear Botanica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course or service in question.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due and access to purchased content will cease immediately.
